What the local tools do
Budget inputs and message drafts are processed in page memory. The application does not transmit those entries or write them to cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Refreshing the page resets them. Choosing to download a draft saves a file on your device.
Hosting and external links
An actual host may process technical request data such as IP addresses and access logs. The host, purposes, retention and other recipients have not been confirmed. External information pages open only when a visitor follows their links. No maps, social widgets or external video players are embedded.
Before collecting information
The final notice must identify the accountable organization, explain the actual information practices, relevant purposes, service providers and contact process. Any consent flow must match the real processing. Do not treat a blanket checkbox as a substitute for a clear explanation.
